The Trans Group, L.L.C. was established in October of 1997, when our group of individual companies, all with their own identities yet common ownership, required that the establishment of a common thread of management be put in place. There were many changes occurring in our industry, opportunities for both growth and the streamlining of operations, which had to be addressed if we were to continue into the future.
